Terms and conditions

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS

In this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" refers to the User's account created with the Provider for accessing and using its online services.
• "Service(s)" refer to any and all services provided by the Provider through its website, mobile application, or other digital platforms.
• "User Content" means any data, information, content, or materials uploaded or transmitted to or from the Account.

2. USE OF SERVICES AND ACCOUNT

By creating an Account with the Provider, User represents and warrants that:

a) They are at least eighteen (18) years old;b) The information provided in registration is accurate and true.c) They will use the Services only for lawful purposes, comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

User shall pay any fees associated with the Services as outlined on the Provider's website or mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Fees"). The Fees are payable in advance and will be charged according to the schedule set forth on the Provider's website or mobile application.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND USE OF USER CONTENT

The Provider does not claim any ownership rights over User Content uploaded or transmitted through its Services. However, by uploading or transmitting such content, User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the same.

5. WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied (including but not limited to fitness for purpose). In no event shall the Provider be liable for any damages arising out of:

a) The use of or inability to access its Services;b) Any reliance on information provided through the Services;c) User Content uploaded or transmitted by User.d) System failure, downtime, or technical issues.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until it is terminated as set forth below. Either party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect upon written notice to the other in case of:

a) Any breach of terms hereunder which remains unremedied for 30 days;b) Insolvency, bankruptcy, or liquidation.

Upon termination, User shall cease using all Services and delete any copies of the Provider's proprietary information from their devices.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by, construed in accordance with, and enforced under the laws.

By creating an Account or accessing its online services, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by this Agreement as well as any other policies governing the Provider's operations. If User does not agree with these terms and conditions, they must immediately stop using all Services provided.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The parties acknowledge that they have had full opportunity to review and understand this Agreement in its entirety.
